Pilipino Star Ngayon posted on their Facebook pages a picture of Hulk who was knocked down by Philippine Typhoon Ompong. Posted pictures shows that San Fernando Police officers were helping Hulk to stand up. This is how strong the said typhoon. Even so, Filipino police officers were still wearing their smiles.
